Cancellation:

1. If you cancel the order in 7 days, you can get the your fully refund;

2. If you cancel the order beyond 7 days, you can get 70% refund. Because of our time used, fabric and workmanship used on the dress. Hope you understand.

3.Once it ships out, there is no way to cancel the order.

Returnable Items:

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.

3. Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 7 days of receiving.
